How do I book an appointment?

There are multiple ways in which you can book an appointment with us! You can ring 01244255060 or visit our Instagram @glossedcheshire and drop us a direct message. Or alternatively, you can pop into the clinic and we can book you in that way. We do require a 50% deposit when booking. Please specify if you would like a nail removal or nail art when booking, this is so that we can allocate enough time for each appointment.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do! However, we do recommend booking, as we cannot guarantee that we will always have availability.

What are your opening times?

Monday  |  11am – 7pm

Wednesday  |  11am – 7pm
Thursday  |  10am – 7pm
Friday  |  10am – 7pm
Saturday  |  10am – 7pm
Sunday  |  10am – 4pm

What is your nail repair policy?

We have a 48-hour nail repair policy in which we will repair any damaged nails for free, ONLY if the damaged nail is a result of the nail artist’s application. After 48 hours, we will not be able to provide a refund and charges will apply. Aftercare advice will be offered during each set.

What is your cancellation policy?

At Glossed, we understand that our clients have super busy schedules, so we are more than happy to rearrange/cancel your appointments. When booking an appointment, we need a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. We request that you contact us at least 2 days before your appointment to make any amendments, any less notice and your non-refundable deposit will be lost.

What is your refund policy?

Our job is to make you feel your very best when leaving Glossed, this is why we kindly ask that you make us fully aware of any issues during your treatment before you leave the clinic. This way, we can make any adjustments that you desire! Our technicians will check with you to make sure you are fully satisfied. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this point.

Does Glossed use environmentally friendly products?

All our products are 100% environmentally friendly and organic.

Health and Safety policy

Due to Health and Safety reasons and the limited amount of space, it is not possible for us to accommodate children in the clinic. Please bear in mind if your appointment is cancelled for this reason the deposit will not be refunded.

Please note, for health and safety reasons we are unable to accommodate children within the clinic. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to compromise/short on the length of your treatment. This is to remain fair to our other clients. We ask that you come to your appointment alone, as we have limited space in our waiting area and therefore this is strictly for clients only.
