Do you accept Walk-ins?

Yes, we accept walk-ins, but we suggest booking if your wanting a treatment for a certain event.

How do I Book?

There is 2 different ways for you to book in with us. You can walk in and book at the front desk reception area, alternatively, you could ring up using this number 01244 255060 

Appointments & Bookings

We require a 50% deposit on all treatments, if cancelled less than 48 hours before your treatment the deposit will be lost.

What are your opening times?

Monday  |  11am – 7pm
Tuesday  |  Closed
Wednesday  |  11am – 7pm
Thursday  |  10am – 7pm
Friday  |  10am – 7pm
Saturday  |  10am – 7pm
Sunday  |  10am – 4pm

What is your nail repair policy?

We have a 2 day repair policy in which we repair any damaged nails for free, ONLY if the damaged nail is a result from the nail artist. After these 2 days, we will not be able to offer a refund as it could be due to anything. After care advice will be offered after each set.

What is your cancellation policy?

When booking an appointment, we take a 50% deposit of the treatment you are booking for if cancelled less than 48 hours before your appointment the deposit will be charged.

Does glossed use environmentally friendly products?

All the product’s glossed uses are 100% environmentally friendly and organic.
